Kathryn Peterson’s Yoga for Intimacy™ teaches simple yoga practices for increased pleasure.

Yoga For Intimacy is founded on alignment-based yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and health science research. Our yoga programming emphasizes the following:

Pelvic Floor Toning

Yoga poses and mindfulness practices can help tone the pelvic floor, which is essential to sexual functioning. For women, a toned pelvic floor helps us to have an increased range of pleasure sensitivity. For men, a toned pelvic floor helps him to control his arousal and ejaculation.

Pleasure Poses

Our unique asana sequencing teaches simple yoga poses that can be practically applied to intimacy. Exploring new sex positions and erogenous zones is a time-tested strategy for keeping passion alive in long-term relationships.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation helps to increase present moment awareness, which reduces the affect of spectatoring, and increases physical pleasure sensations.

Kathryn Peterson, Founder

Kathryn has an extensive background in education and public health research. She holds BA and MA degrees from New York University.

Kathryn has taught Yoga For Intimacy workshops in New York, New Jersey, and California. Her Yoga For Fellatio program has been featured on numerous media outlets including PlayboyTV, NonFiction Radio, and Sex With Dr. Jess.

Kathryn teaches private clients in Manhattan, NYC and Montclair, NJ. She is also available for private events and presentations.
